Contact and Collaboration
Here are the two ways an event gets listed:
- I personally find a project I’m interested in, reach out to the organizers and list it.
- Somebody in direct contact with me tells me of something they found or want to host, and I find it relevant to this calendar.
Everything not in these two categories can not be added to the calendar regardless of the quality, so if you know of an event you consider valuable, write about it in the feedback form!
COLLABORATION:
If you want to participate in the operation of this calendar, there are, broadly speaking, two things to do. You can help me upgrade the website, or you can host events yourself.
With the former, reach out, specify what you have experience with, and I’ll be glad to work together. The backend is in Python.
With the latter, also reach out, and tell me everything about what you intend to do. I can help with logistics to a varying degree, and, of course, list your event here. Do note that I do not list events with a mandatory entrance fee, and that whether something ends up listed is up to my personal discretion.
You can help in other ways. Tell your friends interested in the topics of this calendar, or, if you know organizers not yet listed here,
CONTACTS:
This is the direct feedback form. You can write about anything here, and with some luck I will read it. If it is something you intend me to respond to, such as a listing suggestion, provide a way to contact you, as the form is about as anonymous as it gets.

The calendar has an Instagram account you can write to as well.
